Description

Preparation of zirconium oxide films, solid electrolyte

Zirconium oxide is used in precision ball valve balls and seats, rollers and guides for metal tube forming, powder compacting dies, marine pump seals and shaft guides, thread and wire guides, high temperature induction furnace susceptors, oxygen sensors and fuel cell membranes.
