New Lab Start Up - Terms and Conditions

1. The only terms and conditions relating to the Fisher Scientific New Lab Start-Up Programme (the Programme) are those set out below. In relation to any question affecting eligibility or entitlement under the Scheme, the discretion of the Fisher Scientific authorised representative shall be final.
2. To be eligible for the Programme, individuals must either be:
       a. Setting up a new laboratory; or
       b. Moving to a new laboratory; or
       c. A first-time grant holder; or
       d. Renovating your lab
3. Eligible individuals must place an initial New Lab Start-Up order of at least 2,000 with Fisher Scientific to be entitled to claim the promotions as detailed in individual product offers.
4. New Lab Start-Up offers are only valid for one year from date of application. During this one year all purchases made on the NLSU account number will be accumulated in order to receive a maximum of three 500 Fisherbrand vouchers.
5. When redeeming Fisherbrand Vouchers the value of free product must be calculated using the current Fisher Scientific list prices for the year. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other Fisherbrand New Lab Start-Up offer. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other Fisher Scientific promotion. Voucher only applies to Fisherbrand consumable products. One Voucher only per single order. Voucher is available to New Lab Start-Up customers only and all free product must be claimed in a single redemption. Each voucher has a validity of six months from date of issue.
6. When placing a New Lab Start-Up order, please include your unique account number on all New Lab Start-Up paperwork. Please also include Product Claim Forms where relevant and use the promo code to apply discount offers.
7. Prices are valid until 31st March 2019 and may be subject to change without prior notice.
8. While Fisher Scientific will take all reasonable steps to avoid alterations to current offers, no guarantee of this is given as offers are subject to change without notice.
9. In the event of cancellation of a New Lab Start-Up order, Fisher Scientific shall be entitled at its option to either:
       a) Reclaim all free goods supplied under the Programme; or
       b) Issue an invoice for the value of all free goods supplied under the Programme at Fisher Scientific list prices.
10. All sales will be subject to our standard Terms & Conditions with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date.
11. The Programme is available to direct customers of Fisher Scientific and may not be used in conjunction with any other Fisher Scientific promotional offer.

GE Terms and Conditions

1. Offer is only open to new GE customers not currently purchasing GE product
2. Free samples are not available to customers in Italy
3. Restrictions apply. Offer valid for start-up labs only. Limit one offer per lab.
4. 50% off your first order of GE product up to 2,000 (based on GE list prices) when all GE Terms and Conditions are fulfilled.
5. By registering, you warrant that you are not prohibited by employment, contract, or law from accepting a gift from GE Life Sciences.
6. Healthcare professionals may not participate in this promotion.
