Description

Mercuric Bromide Paper detects arsine directly at the boundary layer between water and air. White filter paper weighing 80g/m² are placed in a 50g/L solution of mercuric bromide in ethanol, drained of excess liquid and dried. The paper turns brown when exposed to As.
