Safety storage cabinets for unrestricted storage of flammable hazardous materials in work areas in accordance with EN 14470-1. Type 90 safety storage cabinets guarantee maximum safety while minimizing the risk of fire spreading as well as protecting the contents in the event of a fire. The Q-LINE, S-LINE, K-LINE, XL-LINE and UB-LINE offer a large variation of models and interior equipment with the following features:

GS-tested safety storage cabinets for the storage of pressurised gas cylinders in working spaces in accordance with EN 14470-2. With up to 90 minutes fire resistance, asecos safety storage cabinets offer maximum safety when storing gas cylinders in working areas. The G-LINE includes a large variation of models and interior equipment with the following features:

Acids and bases can be stored safe and separately due to two hermetically divided storage compartments and the integrated aeration and venting system. This globally unique range of safety storage cabinets guarantees maximum safety and comfortable operation while storing hazardous materials in working areas according to EN 14470-1.
With a type-tested fire resistance of 90 minutes, V-LINE cabinets are available in different designs, with either one (45cm width) or two (81cm width) electromotor-controlled vertical drawers.
Drawer technology
- Vertical drawers are controlled by an electric motor and can be easily opened or closed with the touch of a button
- Access from both sides enables perfect overview and optimal reachability of stored containers
Automatic closing system
- Doors close automatically after 60 seconds when the cabinet is not in use
- Visual and acoustic warning when the door is closing
- A 'Stop' function detects resistance during the closing or opening process and deactivates automatic operation
- Two-drawer cabinet: if one vertical drawer is open, the second drawer will be blocked in the closed position

FlameFlex recirculating air filter storage cabinets from FX-LINE are the perfect solution for safe and fire-resistant routine storage of flammable liquids and other hazardous substances in one cabinet. Vapours that are harmful to health are extracted and filtered at the same time. FX-LINE technology is based upon our proven Q-LINE safety storage cabinets with a robust, durable cabinet body and up to 90 minutes fire resistance (type 90), type-tested according to DIN EN 14470-1, GS tested.
These safety storage cabinets with recirculating air filter technology provide safety for all personnel through permanent, monitored technical ventilation:
- Prevention of epotentially explosive conditions as well as extraction and filtering of hazardous vapours
- Electronic monitoring of filter saturation by solvent vapours (hydrocarbons), air exchange rate (exhaust air volume), service intervals, and scheduling for manual filter saturation control

Technical ventilation of safety storage cabinets
Hazardous materials create harmful vapours which need to be captured at their release and production point. Otherwise hazardous area zones will occur and increase the risk of explosive atmospheres. Therefore when storing hazardous materials in safety storage cabinets, the technical ventilation will have to be considered: our tested and certified ventilation systems and modules guarantee compliance with TRGS 510 (Annexe 3) by eliminating all the emerging hazardous materials - creating a healthy and safe working environment for your employees.
The recirculating air filter system UFA.20.30 with integrated electronic exhaust air monitoring and filter unit allows the flexible, cost- and energy-saving installation and ventilation of your safety storage cabinets – regardless of whether it is a tall or under bench cabinet. A connection to the exhaust fan is not required.
Extraction units and modules capture escaping vapours and gases safely - easy and quick installation, ready to plug-in. Available for the installation on top of the cabinet or for wall mounting, with or without extraction air monitoring.
